Negin has been teaching drawing and painting for over 18 years in academic and non-academic settings to a range of ages. In her classes, you will learn about sketching, perspective, sighting, color theory, color mixing, brush strokes, form, value, composition, and more. In this vibrant and enriching class, you’ll discover and nurture your hidden talents in ways that will surprise and inspire you. Whether you’re an adult seeking a new creative outlet or looking for a fun, educational experience for your child aged eight and above, this class is designed for everyone—regardless of experience.

At OneHouse Arts, children are encouraged to create freely through observation, imagination, experimentation, and personal expression. Students develop their own visual language while exploring drawing, painting, sculpture, mixehttp://OneHoused media, installation art, and more. Classes focus on creative thinking, confidence, problem-solving, and authentic artistic growth in a supportive and open environment. Rachel has over 20 years of experience teaching art and is known for her unique philosophy centered on protecting and nurturing children’s natural creativity.

All Ages – Classes are designed for all ages and families are encouraged to work together.
Bring your own materials. The first class will be on color pallet. The material cost is five dollars per person bring a sketchbook and your choice of materials such as crayons, markers and colored pencils. If you have a book you enjoy bring that as well. Margot has a rich and varied background in the arts. Her teaching career started in 1975 and continued in several states. She is finally carving out time to enjoy sharing her techniques with others the August 11 class will be on background preparation and the August 25 class will be on composition. Please come and enjoy the fun with Margo.

Teri teaches a positive approach to watercolor with a focus on understanding the unique properties of this medium. She will sometimes add acrylic, pastel, ink or mixed media as a way to enrich a painting. Teri has decades of experience and welcomes all levels of creative expression.

Nancy hosts the Orange County Mixed Media Artists (OCMMA) group, which is more of a creative get-together than a traditional class. Artists gather once a month to inspire and encourage each other by sharing what they’ve been working on. Each artist brings their own materials/projects, and often share materials they don’t need any longer that may be of interest and useful to someone else. It’s a fun way to get together with other artists in a creative and encouraging atmosphere without having to take a traditional class or workshop.
