Jury Request Form - Orange County Fine Arts Association

Jurying into and exhibiting at one of OCFA’s galleries is a benefit of OCFA membership. If you are an OCFA member in good standing, complete the form below to initiate the jury process.

OCFA offers members two ways to jury into the gallery – Online or In-person.

ONLINE: If you are comfortable using email and uploading digital files via our automated form, Online jurying is a fast, convenient way to get approved for showing your work in the OCFA Showcase Gallery. Upload your files and your done. We do the rest.

IN-PERSON: In-person jurying offers you an excellent way to meet with Jury Committee members, show your work to them and get their feedback. Just bring your work in to the gallery on the appointed day.

STEP 1. Select the jury method you would like to use

Online jury method. You will be required to upload images for jury evaluation using this form. Notification of gallery acceptance within 72 hours.

In person jury method. You will be required to make an appointment to bring examples of your work to the OCFA gallery, where they will be evaluated. Notification of gallery acceptance within 2 to 4 weeks.

Thank you for jurying for the OCFA Showcase Gallery

You will receive the jury decision within 72 hrs. After acceptance, you may show your art in the gallery for all exhibitions. The jury will contact you at the email you have provided.

STEP 3. The Jury will contact you within 7 days to set an appointment date for you to bring your art to the gallery for evaluation.

The jury will use the email you have provided to contact you.
